Lavaan Pheras
As like hindu tradition where bride and groom take seven steps together, Sikh bride or groom perform Lavaan Phere in the Gurudwara. The couple sits together in front of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The priest recites the first Lavan and the couple needs to walk slowly in clockwise direction around the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The entire process is repeated till the whole lavaan not completed. After completion, the bride and groom officially become husband and wife.

Vidaai or Doli
